NAVGRAHA.ai (navgrahaai.com) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we keep it, with whom we may share it, and what rights you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

We aim to handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• Birth details: name (if provided), date, time, place, lat-long and timezone — for kundli, matching, chat, problem cards, dosh remedies and panchang.
• Matching data: birth details of two people on var-vadhu matching. The person submitting the form confirms they have permission to share the other person's details.
• Contact: email or phone — only when you provide it for forms, payment, consultation or support.
• Chat and questions: questions you ask, answers given, and related kundli identifiers.
• Payment metadata: order ID, amount, status. We do not store card, UPI PIN or netbanking passwords — Razorpay handles that.
• On-device data: browser local storage may keep kundli history and similar info.
• Usage stats: page visits and button clicks via Google Tag Manager / analytics to improve the service.

• To prepare birth charts, panchang, matching, problem cards, dosh remedies and AI insights.
• To complete payments, receipts/support, refund checks and fraud prevention.
• To reply to your messages or consultation requests.
• To secure the site, maintain performance and meet legal duties.

We do not sell your birth chart or personal data to advertisers.

Records may be kept as long as needed to deliver the service, for legal accounting, tax/payment records and dispute resolution. You can clear local storage from your browser. Send deletion requests to info@navgrahaai.com. Records we must keep by law cannot always be deleted immediately.

We use common industry measures to protect servers and payment flows. The internet is still not 100% risk-free. Card details are not stored on our servers.

The site may use Google Tag Manager and similar tools. You can control cookies in browser settings. Disabling cookies may reduce some features.

• Razorpay: payment processing. Their privacy policy on Razorpay's site applies.
• AI service providers: questions and chart summaries may be processed to generate interpretations. Some processing may occur outside India.
• Maps / place search: place suggestion services for panchang or birth place.
• Law: information may be shared on valid orders from courts, police or regulators.

Paid services are for adult (18+) use. A child's chart may be made with guardian consent. Only adults should pay. You may request deletion of children's data via the contact email.

• You may request to view, correct or delete your information.
• You may request to withdraw consent or limit processing where the law allows.
• You may opt out of marketing emails (if any are sent).
• You may clear cookies and local storage from your browser.
